How fast do you reply?
Same day on weekdays, and by the next business day at the latest. Press enquiries may take two days.
Can I visit without booking?
The studio is appointment only. There is a small retail counter open on Saturdays from 11:00.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Yes. Duties are calculated at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
How do I return something?
Reply to your order email and we will send a prepaid label. No forms, no photographs.
